First we send the detail of productlist along with prices to the potential buyer. In return, the buyer sends us the shipping details with dates and confirmsthe order with payments through MoneyGram, Western Union or T/T bank to bank transfer.After 5 days of order confirmation, we preparedthe respective shipment in the following manner:

• The Bureau Veritas Certification/SGS inspection team come on day One & does the respective SGS according to the buyer shipment quantity according to the destination country. The same procedure could also be done on the arrival of goods to the destination port.
• On day two: The booking for BL Draft is done as per requirements of the destination country
• On day Three, the payments of exportation taxes of the goods ready for departure is done.
• On day Four: Goods arethen move to the shipping port for the parking list &original BL for the shipment.
• On day Five: The departure of the goods to the potential destination country is done.

Delivery Process

After the shipping process is complete, the following documents are issued to the potential Buyers at the time of delivery of goods:

• 3 original copies of clean “ON BOARD” Lading Bill.
• 3 original copies of shipment weights certificates at the respective loading port issued by CIS/SGS.
